finetuned the mistral 7b instruct model to tweet in certain users styles when given their username and topic of tweet

web app for real-time location tracking of my phone via push notifications and ios shortcuts
burning a location token sends a notification to my phone, triggering an iOS shortcut to post my location to the app
implemented user authentication and stripe in-app purchasing of location tokens

aggregated and parsed data from multiple sources using web-scraping and sql database queries
data was used to select factors and build a model to determine how spinning out a company would affect the stocks price
statistically significant at predicting magnitude and direction of move

How much extra rent are you paying if your rental has a sauna?

scraped, parsed and analyzed over 8000 rental postings to determine the rent premium associated with having a sauna
rent premium was determined to be $200 after standardizing all factors

Using clustering methods for portfolio construction

Q4 2022

used various statistical clustering methods to build portfolios resistant to black-swan events
excess returns ranged from 1.6% to 17.2%

Using ml for temperature prediction

predicted temperature in one part of my house based on temperature/humidity readings in a different part of the house
